Fix Venge.io: Not Loading, Lag, or Black Screen

Quick fixes (try these first)
- Refresh the tab and wait 10–20 seconds for assets to load.
- Open an Incognito/Private window to rule out cache issues.
- Disable extensions (especially ad blockers/script blockers) and reload.
- Clear site data (cache/cookies) for the portal, then reload.
- Try another browser (Chrome / Edge / Firefox).
- Ensure Hardware Acceleration is enabled in browser settings.
Common issues reported by players
- mouse won't lock / camera spins uncontrollably -> click directly in the center of the game window; press ESC to release and click again to recapture
- stuck on 'Connecting to Server' -> your school/work network is likely blocking WebSocket multiplayer ports; try disabling VPNs or ad-blockers
- high ping / shots not registering -> usually network desync; select a server region closer to your physical location from the main menu
- lag spikes during gunfights -> lower the 'Resolution' and 'Shadows' in the in-game settings (gear icon) and ensure hardware acceleration is active
- progress or skins lost -> if you play as a guest, your progress is saved in the browser cache; create a Venge account to save data permanently across devices
